With decades of combined experience in immigration services, community support, and legal advocacy, our founders have worked extensively with individuals from diverse backgrounds—including refugees, refugee claimants, immigrants, and Canadian-born clients. Their collective expertise spans volunteer service, interpretation, immigration documentation, and formal legal training, creating a strong foundation for a practice built on integrity, compassion, and a deep understanding of Canada’s immigration system. Together, they are committed to delivering accessible, reliable, and client-centered immigration solutions.

Syn Amanuel brings over 20 years of experience serving diverse communities as a volunteer host and interpreter, working closely with both immigrants and native-born Canadians, including many refugees and refugee claimants. After developping a deep understanding of Canada’s immigration system, she became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and began her professional practice, continuing her commitment to helping newcomers navigate their journey to Canada with expertise and compassion.
